We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the Item:
Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return. Include a note with your order number and reason for the return. Write the RA number clearly on the package.
Return Address:
Send your return package to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
